It all started…

…during the Global Pandemic in 2020, the founders of Bis Recruit, Chrys and Sue, were being approached by their clients to help support employees whose roles were being affected. They looked at the job market and they could instantly see they were well placed to diversify and offer support where it is so evidently needed.

With an established background offering outreach services to our charity partners, Sue and Matt were naturally placed to take the lead and create a flexible and tailored modular programme to provide autonomy and give control back to delegates becoming redundant.

Now, not only are they able to offer unrivalled recruitment support, with SKC London they have also positioned themselves to be best placed to support employees when their employment cycle comes full circle.

Through SKC London, employees will receive emotional support, acquire the skills needed to situate themselves ahead of the game and then they will use what they have learnt as they prepare to interview for the next stage.
