Part Time Admin Coordinator for Leading Business Psychology Consultancy

A leading Business Psychology consultancy are seeking a part time admin/coordinator to support the team of consultants.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will use your excellent organisational, communication and admin skills. Duties include:
Scheduling meetings and workshops
Managing logistics
Creation of presentations and workshop materials using your excellent MS Office skills
Designing charts, graphs and visual aids
Proofreading
Maintaining up to date project overviews
Managing budgets and creating spreadsheets
Processing supplier invoices.
This is a remote role and you can be based anywhere within the UK. Working approximately 3 days a week, initially this can be half days but from the end of the year it will need to be every afternoon.
The successful candidate will have had some office admin experience ideally either within a consultancy/learning or development or other client centred industry.
