A start-up Investment company based in St James are seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and energetic individual with some office administration/management experience.  This could be a great opportunity for someone to progress their office management and administration skills.

The business is the latest venture by one of the UK’s leading businessmen and offers exposure to both a corporate and private investment office.

Your duties will initially be split into the following areas:

  • Providing office management support, ensuring the office and kitchen is well stocked and everything is working properly. Managing supplier relationships.

  • Liaising with the building receptionist to ensure that guests are looked after properly, meeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms.

  • Providing admin support to the COO and team.

  • Organising travel for the team.

  • Manage all deliveries and collections.

  • Being the first point of contact for the switchboard and visitors.

  • Create office processes and procedures including health and safety.

The role offers the opportunity to work with the two Senior EAs on events and other projects.
