Resourcing Manager for Boutique Consultancy

A growing boutique consultancy is looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to take ownership of resource planning across a talented team of consultants working on high-profile client projects.
This is a hands-on role with real influence. You'll be responsible for matching the right people to the right projects, managing capacity, leading resourcing discussions and providing clear advice to senior stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong track record in a Resourcing Manager or Resource Management role.
Can demonstrate longevity and success within previous positions.
Has experience within consultancy, training, learning & development, professional services or a similar people-led environment.
Enjoys working in a smaller, fast-paced business where relationships and judgement matter.
Is highly organised, commercially aware and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
Has strong Excel skills and enjoys using data to support decision-making.
