An established and highly regarded investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of its London office.

This is a varied, fast-paced role offering exposure to a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities include diary and travel management, office coordination, event planning, supplier liaison, expense management, and providing administrative support across the wider team.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong judgement, and a willingness to take ownership. Previous EA, PA or finance experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

This opportunity would suit a bright graduate or early-career professional seeking a long-term role within a collaborative, high-performing team where reliability, discretion and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Please note that candidates must hold a degree from a Russell Group University and have excellent ‘A’ Level results to be considered for this opportunity.
