Assistant Project Manager in Construction/Real Estate

£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

We’re supporting a respected UK consultancy with a confidential search for an Assistant/Graduate Project Manager. You’ll work across multiple projects, support senior project managers, and gain hands‑on exposure to design teams, contractors and clients. Site meetings across the UK are part of the role.

Ideal Background

• Graduate in Construction, Real Estate, Engineering or Urban Planning

• RICS qualification highly advantageous

• Strong communication, organisation and energy

• Confident with Sheets/Excel (Google Docs helpful)

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and senior PMs

• Prepare reports, minutes and documentation

• Maintain registers and contract documents

• Lead site inspections and snagging

• Review programmes and payment applications

• Represent the business at meetings and industry events
