EA to CEO for Arts-Based Charity (6 Month FTC)
£42,000 - £43,000 PA

This role must start on 29th June and is a six month fixed term contract.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and newly appointed Chief Executive and senior leadership team in a world renowned arts based charity.
This is a true right-hand role, requiring outstanding organisational ability, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate at the most senior level. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador, ensuring the CEO’s time is used to maximum impact while maintaining seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Complex diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders
Preparing high-quality briefings, reports and presentations
End-to-end coordination of senior meetings, including Board and committee support
Building strong relationships with senior leaders, trustees and external partners
Managing governance processes, board papers and minute-taking to a high standard
Handling competing priorities with discretion, pace and precision
You will bring:
Proven experience supporting a CEO or equivalent at executive level
Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and discretion
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm approach under pressure
Experience with board-level support and governance in a not for profit organisation
