EA to Founder of Boutique Executive Search Consultancy

This is a temp-perm role with a start date of mid‑June.
We’re partnering with a boutique Executive Search consultancy to find a highly organised, detail‑driven Executive Assistant to support their Founder on a temp‑to‑perm basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, document‑heavy environment and takes real pride in producing polished, high‑quality work.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Creating, formatting and refining high‑impact PowerPoint documents
• Proofreading materials with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing full EA support to the Founder — diary, travel, expenses
• Liaising confidently with clients and C‑suite candidates
• Ensuring all documents meet rigorous corporate standards
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Executive Search EA experience is essential
• Advanced PowerPoint skills — you must be a genuine PowerPoint expert
• A meticulous eye for detail and a love of proofreading
• Highly proactive, organised and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach
🔹 Working Pattern
• Monday to Friday • 9:00am – 5:30pm • Some flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours support.
