Receptionist/Legal Assistant for well-regarded law firm

Are you organised, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client is a well-regarded Law firm, a short walk from London Bridge station.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of the office while supporting a busy legal team and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Manage a busy front desk and coordinate 5 meeting rooms
Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
Handle switchboard calls and general enquiries
Support diary management, meetings, training sessions, and events
Organise and lead events, including catering and logistics
Provide administrative support to fee earners
Book couriers and taxis, and liaise with the landlord regarding visitors
📌 Additional Duties
Printing, scanning, filing, and assisting with court bundles
Supporting office operations such as post handling and ordering supplies
General office support to maintain a well-run environment
✅ About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
Professional presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Able to prioritise effectively in a busy workplace
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm (with some flexibility required)
