Operations Assistant with Front of House Duties

This is a full‑time, office‑based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
Our client is a global luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House/Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.
The Role
Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and uphold studio standards
Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set‑ups and catering
Oversee building access and staff movements
Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests
Track invoices and payments with Finance
Coordinate global travel bookings
Provide EA support to the Business Development Director
Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio
About You
Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
Professional, well‑presented and discreet
Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics
