A leading, award‑winning integrated communications agency is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join its busy and supportive People Team.
Duration: This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
Working From Home: The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the London office.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm with flexibility of two "early finish days" per week, hours being 8am-4.30pm.

The Role
The HR Administrator will play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive people experience across the business. Working closely with the wider People Team, this role will provide daily HR support to employees at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining and updating the HRIS (HiBob)
Preparing employee documentation and contract changes
Managing benefits administration
Responding to HR queries accurately and promptly
Supporting People Team projects, initiatives, and process improvements
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Have prior experience in a similar HR support role, ideally within a fast‑paced, mid-sized organisation
Demonstrate absolute confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail
Show a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in HR
Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
