Part-Time Temporary Workplace Manager for Global IT Company
Salary p/hr £16.50 + holiday pay
A leading global IT company is looking for a polished, proactive Workplace Manager to support its vibrant central London office on an ongoing temporary basis from 10th April or 13th April for 2 months. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll help create a seamless, welcoming and professional workplace experience for both colleagues and visitors.
Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8:30am–5pm
Pay: £16.50 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Waterloo
Start date: 10th April to 10th June
What you’ll be doing
• Welcoming and assisting staff, clients and guests on-site
• Managing meeting room schedules and desk bookings
• Ensuring workplace areas are tidy, presentable and fully operational
• Acting as the main point of contact for facilities issues and liaising with contractors
• Overseeing office supplies, visitor access and general workplace operations
• Supporting internal events and high-profile meetings
• Assisting senior stakeholders with workplace logistics and admin
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
About you
• At least two years’ experience in a coworking or workplace environment
• Confident using booking systems, email and basic office tech
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to represent the company with professionalism
• Dependable, organised and comfortable managing a busy workspace to a high standard
