A prestigious global Executive Search consultancy in the heart of Mayfair is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in project coordination. This is a 12-month FTC with strong potential to go permanent — a rare opportunity to elevate your career in a world-class environment.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

•          Supporting consultants within consultancy with high-level EA duties

•          Coordinating projects end-to-end, including client liaison

•          Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and global travel

•          Producing polished reports, presentations, and client packs

•          Maintaining a sophisticated CRM/database

✨ What we’re looking for:

•          3+ years’ EA/Business Partner experience at C-suite level

•          Background in Executive Search or client-facing consultancy (essential)

•          Impeccable organisation, communication, and attention to detail

•          Proactive, resourceful, and confident managing sensitive information

•          £55,000 + bonus + exceptional benefits

•          9:00–5:30 - Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH

•          Location: Mayfair
