A vibrant and highly respected music and entertainment agency based in the Barbican/Farringdon area is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join their front‑of‑house team on Thursdays and Fridays. This is an ideal role for someone who already has a part‑time job, runs their own business, or is studying, and is looking to add a dynamic, creative workplace to their week.
Working from stunning offices in the Barbican/Farringdon area, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring every visitor and client receives a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Greeting all visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering incoming calls and passing on accurate messages
• Maintaining the presentation of the reception area and wider office
• Overseeing office facilities, including cleaning the coffee machine and managing consumables
• Ordering stationery, couriers, and handling national and international post
• Receiving deliveries and distributing them to the correct teams
• Booking meeting rooms and supporting with AV equipment when needed
• Preparing refreshments for Board meetings
• Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
• Assisting colleagues with desk‑based tasks during busy periods
