Are you an enthusiastic and motivated paralegal looking to build your career in a leading dispute resolution team? Our highly regarded London practice is seeking a talented individual to support a busy partner and work closely with our wider team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position (with hybrid working available after a 3‑month probation). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, take on real responsibility, and develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification

• Genuine interest in dispute resolution and commercial litigation

• Previous paralegal experience, ideally within a dispute resolution team

• Exceptional organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• A positive, flexible, team-focused attitude

• Confidence, adaptability, professionalism, and reliability
