Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4–5+ PQE or Equivalent) – London

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor, with a minimum of four years’ PQE (or equivalent), to join our highly regarded client in central London.

This is a senior role offering genuine partnership potential for the right candidate. You will take on significant responsibility from the outset, working as part of a supportive, proactive team and handling high-quality matters.

The ideal candidate will be an established Real Estate Finance practitioner with recent experience acting for Banks and Bridging Lenders. While an existing following is advantageous, it is not essential. Strong technical ability, excellent client-handling skills, and confidence in marketing and business development are all key. You should be motivated, adaptable, and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)

• Strong and recent experience acting for Banks and Bridging Lenders

• Excellent legal, client management, and business development skills

• Ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload

• Desire to play an active role in developing the team and wider practice
