Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the construction or infrastructure sector? We’re working with a dynamic project management consultancy that’s looking for someone just like you to join their friendly, fast-paced team.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of exciting projects. Your day-to-day will include:
• Assisting with project coordination and administration
• Setting up schedules and managing invoicing
• Attending meetings and supporting client communications
• Preparing project documentation and reports
• Maintaining and planning internal schedules
• Entering numerical data with accuracy and attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role within construction or infrastructure
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and confidence working with numbers
• A collaborative, can-do attitude
The Offer:
• £30-44K depending on experience
• Full-time hours: 9am–5pm
• Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
• Central London location (Borough & the City)
