Deal Origination Associate for European Growth Capital Provider
£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus

Are you commercially curious, analytically strong, and excited by the world of venture-backed technology? This role offers the chance to join a leading European growth capital provider, helping founders scale without giving up equity.
What you’ll do:
Identify and research high-growth European tech companies aligned with the firm’s investment thesis
Monitor venture funding rounds, investor syndicates, and sector trends to surface timely opportunities
Execute personalised, insight-led outbound campaigns to founders and CFOs
Lead introductory conversations to assess fit for venture debt solutions
Partner with deal leads to progress qualified prospects and maintain CRM accuracy
Track and report on origination metrics, experimenting with outreach strategies to improve conversion
What we’re looking for:
4+ years’ experience in research-driven sourcing, origination, or sales development (VC/PE/financial services ideal)
Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers (founders, CEOs, CFOs)
Excellent communication, research, and time management skills
Analytical mindset with commercial curiosity
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
Proficiency with CRM and outbound tools

Base salary is £40-50k plus bonus of 20% for targets being met.
