Location: London (with occasional travel to regional offices).

Our client is an award-winning media group who are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of its London Head Office and regional offices.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with HR, you’ll be the central hub for office operations, supplier management, and cultural engagement. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and budgets.

  • Lead induction processes for new joiners and freelancers.

  • Organise social events and team-building activities to foster a vibrant, inclusive culture.

  • Support senior management with scheduling, travel, and event logistics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office management with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with emotional intelligence and adaptability.

  • Proficiency in IT and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

  • A proactive, resilient self-starter who remains calm under pressure.
