Our client is a renowned historical membership association who are seeking a Membership Events Co-ordinator to be the face of their prestigious organisation. In this pivotal role, you’ll support members and their guests across all events, ensuring every interaction reflects their high standards.
What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for delivering the members’ social events calendar
Oversee the planning, booking, and execution of social events and dining experiences.
Manage member communications, including newsletters and feedback.
Build lasting relationships and enhance member engagement.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in all members’ areas.
Meet and greet members on members’ events
Maintain all bookings on CRM system, and ensure all information is taken and recorded
Conduct weekly operations meetings to ensure all events are well-prepared for

Experience in organising events
Someone who thrives in a member-focused environment and loves exceeding expectations.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
