Working with FTSE 100 clients, as Project/Events Manager your role will be to organise client workshops and events both across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Working to tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment, your duties will include:
Day to day project management and coordination of activity for the project team
Conducting and collating research and gathering creative stimulus
Working alongside Event Producers for large scale events
Building strong relationships both internally and externally
Overseeing budgets for each project
Project and team administration including managing the team diary and travel
Supporting strategic internal initiatives
UK and worldwide travel
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Experience of project management within a similar people focused environment
A degree (or equivalent)
The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy role
A creative mind and love of innovation
MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantage
A proven background managing people centric projects or events
This hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy with occasional travel and will need to work outside standard office hours as the business requires.
