A leading global IT company with stunning coworking offices in Monument is looking for a polished, proactive part-time Receptionist on a temporary basis for five months from 1st October – 27th February. With working hours of 8:30am – 5pm, this role is for three days a week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
With the offices just a short walk from both Bank and London Bridge, as Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the office employees, visitors and vendors. Duties will include:
Welcoming visitors and local associates in a warm and professional manner
Managing the day-to-day front desk activities including answering calls, all inbound and outbound mail, customer service, visitor management, badge access, security compliance, logistics and ticket support.
Additional tasks may include support with event planning, booking meetings, routine office communications and mobile phone support.
