Are you a proactive, detail-orientated operations & HR professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
A global executive search and advisory firm in central London is seeking an Operations & HR Coordinator to both support its leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across HR, IT, travel and vendor management.
Paying £40-45,000, this is a hybrid role with 3 days working in the office. It comprises 50% HR Operations and 50% EA, operations and travel. If you hold a CIPD level 3 or 5, or alternatively have HR experience alongside PA/EA duties, read on!
What You’ll Be Doing:
People/HR Operations:
Act as the first point of contact for all People Operations queries, offering professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Manage basic employee relations (ER) queries.
Manage all onboarding/offboarding, benefits and compliance.
Manage the HRIS (HiBob) and support payroll and visa processes.
Oversee all HR administration.
Executive Support: Provide scheduling, calendar and email management for the CEO, helping to keep priorities on track.
IT Coordination: Liaise with external IT vendors, manage equipment logistics and ensure smooth tech operations.
Travel & Events: Organise both domestic and international travel, and support internal events and company gatherings.
Operations: Ensure consistency in meeting schedules, track action points and ensure teams stay aligned, as well as managing project tracking.
Vendor Management: Own relationships with external service providers, managing contracts and service quality.
About you:
Experience in HR administration, executive support and operational coordination.
Ideally CIPD level 3 or 5, or previous HR experience.
A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
