Are you a finance leader who thrives on both strategy and execution?
A fast-growing tech consultancy is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s commercially sharp, operationally strong, and comfortable working independently in a lean, high-impact environment.
You’ll be the financial backbone of the business—partnering with leadership on long-term planning, pricing strategy, and investment decisions, while also rolling up your sleeves to manage day-to-day operations, reporting, and compliance.
This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) offers the best of both worlds: strategic influence and operational autonomy.
What you’ll bring:
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with 5+ years’ experience
• Proven success in a standalone finance role within consulting or professional services
• Strong grasp of project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel and Xero skills; experience with automation and APIs
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
