You will need at least a years experience either in HR or People Operation and be seeking a career in HR.The company requires someone who enjoys being part of a team but has the capability to work autonomously. This is a true generalist role in a progressive and supportive company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding/Off Boarding.
HR Operations and Compliance.
Learning and Development Support
Performance and Employee Relations
