Team Administrator for Membership Organisation (10 month FTC)

Our client is a membership organisation who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their dynamic Sustainability Team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

If you are organised, proactive and passionate about sustainability we have the perfect position for you.

In this vital role, you'll provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support to the Director and team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management

  • Co-ordinating meetings and room bookings

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Taking minutes when needed

  • Managing expenses

  • Providing administrative support

  • Handling telephone calls and emails

  • Help develop webpages

  • Co-ordinating information and circulation communication to members

  • Inputting onto CRM

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good organisational skills

  • Excellent people’s skills

  • Good MS Office experience

  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure

This is a hybrid role. This is a 10-month contract so you will need to be available immediately for the role.
