Our client is a membership organisation who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their dynamic Sustainability Team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.
If you are organised, proactive and passionate about sustainability we have the perfect position for you.
In this vital role, you'll provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support to the Director and team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diary management
Co-ordinating meetings and room bookings
Making travel arrangements
Taking minutes when needed
Managing expenses
Providing administrative support
Handling telephone calls and emails
Help develop webpages
Co-ordinating information and circulation communication to members
Inputting onto CRM
You will need to demonstrate:
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Excellent people’s skills
Good MS Office experience
Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
This is a hybrid role. This is a 10-month contract so you will need to be available immediately for the role.
