A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to join a sociable, creative and high-performing development team within a leading property company. This full-time role with hours of 9am–5:30pm is perfect for someone with previous experience as a Team Assistant ideally with a creative background. If your experience is from the interior design or architecture sectors, even better!
With offices based in the Oxford Circus/Bond Street area, this is a fully office-based role five days a week – the team get on so well together, they are happy to go in each day to work collaboratively and enjoy the social side of working in an office.
As Team Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting several Development/Project Managers with complex diary and email management, meeting coordination, travel planning, document production using Canva and InDesign (training will be provided), and organising internal and external events. About 80% of the role is arranging meetings, so you must be happy with a high level of diary management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong administrative/TA experience with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator and team player with great initiative
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/InDesign knowledge a plus
Experience or interest in design, property, or architecture desirable
