A successful global Executive Search consultancy is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with projects experience.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. Your experience will be from either from executive search or financial services or business consultancy .
Duties will include:
EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
Business partner to the consultant and clients.
Extensive scheduling of meetings, interviews and appointments
Project management, liaising with clients.
Complex diary management.
Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
Updating a complex database.
Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.
