A highly successful global infrastructure services company are looking for a proactive and upbeat Facilities Coordinator to support their London Office in the heart of the city of London.
Hours of work are from 8am-5.00pm. This is a fully office-based role.
Salary - £35,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
Mail room duties, managing post and deliveries
Printers, stationery & office supplies
Food and beverage ordering
Storeroom managing
Access and security, escorting contractors
Floor walks
General administration, creating permits and Purchase orders
General porter duties with some heavy lifting.
Setting up/down meetings – this includes manual handing, moving chairs and tables etc.
Reporting general office issues
Mobile phone and sim ordering
