A leading global IT company is looking for a polished, proactive Workplace Manager to support its dynamic central London workspace on an ongoing temporary basis starting on Monday 16th June. This is a client-facing role where you will play a vital part in maintaining a seamless and professional workplace experience for both clients and colleagues alike.
With hours of 8:30am-5pm each day and paying £20/hour, as Workplace Manager, your duties will include:
• Welcoming and assisting staff, clients, and guests on-site
• Overseeing meeting room scheduling and desk bookings
• Maintaining the overall presentation and readiness of workplace areas
• Acting as the main point of contact for facilities issues and liaising with contractors/vendors
• Supporting office operations, including supplies management and visitor access protocols
• Coordinating internal events and high-profile meetings as needed
• Supporting senior stakeholders with workplace logistics and administrative tasks
• Identifying and implementing improvements to workplace processes and efficiency
About you:
• At least three years’ office/workplace management, facilities or project management experience - ideally in a corporate environment
• Comfortable using booking systems, email and basic office tech
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to represent the company
