I have been using bis recruit as a candidate and client for over 4 years now.  I started as a candidate when I was looking for a new job and I had been to every top London agency to register. I had no luck at all other than having to go through loads of tests and going over and over the same questions!  I found the whole thing very exhausting and disheartening as I heard nothing back from any of the agencies!
