Are you a career corporate Receptionist who strives to provide outstanding service day in and day out?
Our client is based in the heart of Mayfair and they need a temporary corporate receptionist to start immediately. You will be one of a team of two, working closely together to ensure it is a seamless service. It is a very busy desk and they need someone who is happy to help o all tasks.
Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Managing all meeting rooms, from booking them to ensuring they are set up and cleared away correctly
- Answering the switchboard- transferring calls or taking messages
- General admin duties as and when required
In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills. Previous relevant experience of working in a corporate environment and be highly professional and presentable at all times.
