temporary medical receptionist
A fantastic opportunity for a temporary Front of House Receptionist has arisen in a private Harley Street healthcare practice.
You will need to provide full administrative support to the patients, consultants and visitors. You will be part of a friendly and hard-working team and key to driving the business forward through your customer service and efficiency.
This role is varied and will include:
Front of House service for the clinic and clients
Liaise with in house consultants and their medical secretaries.
Clinic diary management
Have excellent written and verbal communication as well as a great IT skills
Timely input of all data
Able to effectively deal with customer enquiries and complaints
Ensure all practices and processes are compliant with regulatory standards such as Health Care act, Data protection act
Clinic scheduling and patient appointments
You must have previous reception experience, and ideally in the medical sector, however this is not a must.
This position will require you to work in shifts which will vary between 7.30am and 8.30pm. The possible shift patterns are as follows:
