The i in bis, Sue has worked in recruitment for 21 years since starting at the tender age of eight.

These days she can be found with her nose in the books, having developed an inexplicable love for figures and Excel spreadsheets. She divides her time between recruitment and her role as an unpaid taxi driver for her two children.

The s in bis, Chrys has notched up over 15 years in West End recruitment. This Chelsea fan honed her communications skills whilst working in international travel. Time spent on sandy beaches developed her love of surfing [the net for more of the same].

Chesca, having notched up eight years in recruitment, is Britain's big hope at the 2012 Olympics for talking. Hobbies include snoozing and Scrubs, while privately it's believed she considers herself to be tall.

As the least scary ex-PE teacher ever, Dawn gave up the playing fields for recruitment two years ago, initially working in Manhattan before joining bis.

Calm and serene, her manner has proved a hit with colleagues and candidates alike, and she has only given us detention once.

Matt has over two years experience managing temporaries administration including a year with the Metropolitan Police. As our very own Gordon Ramsay, this saxophonist loves experimenting with different dishes which we are all more than happy to sample. In fact the only blot on an otherwise impressive CV is his love of Arsenal.

Darren made the wise choice of joining bis having been in recruitment since 1999.

Away from the workplace, Darren has an (un)healthy interest in 1980's music, football and red wine. Indeed, he's an advert for longevity, preferring his trusty old Walkman to an iPod.

Having been in recruitment for 18 months, Rebecca is one of the bis babies. Odd then that one half of Wham should be her pick of the pops? Well, maybe not. She does list a love of handbags, antiques and old treasures among her favourite things. To numb the pain she'll often be found drinking rose of an evening.

Denise has been in recruitment for 18 years, having given up on her quest to be crowned Miss Bognor Regis. Eight podium finishes and several Robbie Williams concerts later she landed at bis via Roc and Ritz. This salsa dancing film buff also let it slip that she will be in the front row for Neil Diamond at Wembley this year. God help us.
