A highly successful global professional services company are looking for a corporate receptionist to join their FOH team ASAP; this exciting role will be covering a range of receptionist responsibilities.

In the role, you will be working as part of a team of two on the front of house reception. The team is very friendly and easy to get along with, they are looking for someone similar to join them.


  • Meeting and greeting all clients in a professional manner

  • Answering a busy telephone system

  • Signing in visitors,

  • Managing and catering the 14 meeting rooms

  • Manning the main reception as part of a friendly team of two

  • Assisting office management overflow

  • Manage the meeting rooms diary

  • Assist with booking travel

  • Organise couriers

This will be a busy receptionist role, working for an amazing team where no two days are the same. To be considered for this receptionist role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.

There are two shifts of 8/5 and 9/6


  • Ideally some previous reception experience in financial or professional services,

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Good written and verbal communication
