They are a leading engineering company with offices across the country and this role is based at their London HQ close to Kings Cross and Euston stations.
They have a created a new role and are looking for an Office Coordinator to come in and assist the teams.
The duties include -
Meeting and greeting clients
Sorting and organising the post
Booking travel and restaurants
Answering the phones
Booking the meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings
Diary management for the teams

You need to have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grades A*-C or equivalent
Customer service experience
Good IT skills inc all the Microsoft packages and being able to use social media channels
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management
The hours for this role are 8:30 to 5pm
