A leading seller of tickets for London attractions is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Manager of their busy Customer Service Centre in central London.
Hours of work are 9:30am-5:30pm, 5 days a week. Note that 2 of the 5 days will be on a Saturday and Sunday, and you can choose which 3 days during the week you work. You may sometimes be required to work additional days for which you will either be paid overtime, or you can take time off in lieu.
You must be happy working on your feet for much of the day, be a quick worker who enjoys routine work and have basic IT knowledge as you will be required to use their specialist software.
If you speak either French, Spanish or Italian in addition to English, this is an added bonus. Main duties will include:
Supplying tickets to customers from all around the world
Resolving any customer disputes
Filing vouchers daily
Assisting customers with using the company app
Managing stock control, office supplies and taking deliveries
Assist the Centre Manager with a variety of duties
Covering for the manager when she is on holiday or out of the office
Opening and locking up the centre
