A prestigious, London based, promotional merchandise supplier. They have successfully designed and supplied promotional and fundraising merchandise to a wide range of UK customers for over 30 years. Their success is built upon delivering a quality of customer service that is second to none. The highly skilled team is dedicated to maintaining their position as the UK’s number one promotional merchandise company.
You will provide vital, all-round support to 2 members of the sales team. This includes sourcing products, briefing in-house designers and general support. This is a rare opportunity to develop a wide range of customer service skills to the highest level.
In this role you will:
Deal with client queries over the telephone
Provide sales team with quotes, order confirmations and other relevant paperwork
Provide full administrative support performing as a PA for two Sales Executives
Assist in sourcing promotional products
Produce artwork briefs for our in-house design team
Liaise and negotiate with product sourcing houses and manufacturers
Input client information to the sales CRM/database application
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills and experience. Have sales/sales support experience or administration experience within a busy office. Be confident using MS Office and be numerate.
If you have experience of sales or dealing with overseas suppliers or promotional merchandising, then that’s a huge bonus!
The hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5.30pm on Fridays.
The office is located close to Kentish Town and Gospel Oak stations.
