A highly successful global property development company are looking for a career receptionist to join their team; this exciting role will be full time and covering a range of receptionist responsibilities, as well as administrative assistant duties.


  • Meeting and greeting all guests and clients in a professional manner

  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and kitchen areas are presentable at all times and kept well stocked

  • Manning the main reception

  • Carrying out general office tasks - filing, photocopying, ordering stationery etc.

  • Managing the office diary including booking travel and accommodation

  • Assisting with admin duties as directed by the CEO's EA

This will be a busy career receptionist role, working for an amazing team where no two days are the same. To be considered for this receptionist role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.


  • Previous reception experience is a must

  • Outstanding customer service experience

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Good written and verbal communication


Central London


£26,000 - £30,000 pa- dependant on experience, with extensive benefits included

Working hours will be 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
