Our client are a Project Management company related to the Property and Construction world.
They have a new role for an Administration Assistant to assist the Office Manager and the team of 17.
The role is mega varied, here is a list of some of the duties:
Assist with projects and action points
Answering the phones
Typing letters, minutes and proposals
Organise travel, catering and accommodation
Research and produce reports
Assist the Office Manager with ad-hoc duties
Process expenses and PO requests
Update the company website
Format documents using In Design
Assist with bids and tenders
Assist with PR and exhibitions
