A market leading insurance broker based in central London are looking for an Office Assistant to join their friendly and professional team; this attractive entry level position will be supporting a varied team in day to day office administration tasks.
As an office assistant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Managing and fielding incoming and outgoing calls/ emails/ post
Meet and greet visitors
Organise travel arrangements and couriers
Manage the filing system
Data entry and day to day spreadsheet management
Develop an understanding of relevant services and procedures in order to assist clients with enquiries and requests
Manage office supplies and equipment
Scheduling meeting rooms and catering
Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience with the below skills:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good numeric skills
Attention to detail
Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Willingness to learn
Initiative and flexibility
