Assistant manager in customer service
A leading seller of tickets for London attractions is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Manager of their busy Customer Service Centre in central London.
With some weekend work, you must be happy working on your feet for much of the day, be a quick worker who enjoys routine work and have basic IT knowledge as you will be required to use their specialist software.
If you speak another language in addition to English, this is an added bonus. Main duties will include:
Supplying tickets to customers from all around the world
Resolving any customer disputes
Filing vouchers daily
Assisting customers with using the company app
Managing stock control, office supplies and taking deliveries
Assist the Centre Manager with a variety of duties
Covering for the manager when she is on holiday or out of the office
Opening and locking up the centre
