A leading engineering/building services consultancy are seeking a projects assistant to work across various Central London projects. In this role you will be based out of the Central London office and project offices across the capital.
Working with various project teams, this role would suit a confident administrator with excellent written and face to face communication skills. You will be working with both the project team and the clients.
Duties will include:
Purchase Orders: Raising requisitions and PO numbers. Reconciling to invoices.
Admin: Supporting client and project team. Taking minutes and typing up notes. General administration.
Liaising with contractors and the project team.
Create, update and upload files.
Managing and updating all project files and trackers.
Health and Safety administration
Candidates will either be educated to degree level or/and have a Project or Facilities management qualification.
Experience in dealing with clients and contractors is beneficial. A solid administrative background is essential. Because you will be moving from one project to another, you will need to be flexible and highly organised.
