A highly successful global property development company are looking for an aftercare coordinator to join their team; this exciting role will be full time and covering a range of responsibilities, as well as property maintenance and management.
Logging and responding to communications from residents, concierge and contractors
Problem-solving and issue resolution over the phone
Ongoing work coordination for residents, concierge and subcontractors
Follow up calls, feedback and customer satisfaction on work completion
Manage and maintain the defect system
Coordinate apartment access when needed
Ensuring that any issues that arise are dealt with effectively and efficiently
This will be a busy aftercare coordinator role, working with an amazing company where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be working in some of London's most prestigious and sought after developments. To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
Previous aftercare coordination or similar role experience is a must
Previous customer service experience
Excellent MS Office skills
Good written and verbal communication
Fantastic time management and multi-tasking skills
Central London- Within this role, you will be split between the office and the new development.
£30,000 - £35,000 pa- dependant on experience, with extensive benefits included
Working hours will be 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with some flexibility when required
